<title>TechConnect Upgrade - Friday, 4/20 - Saturday, 4/21</title>

<description>This evening, we will be upgrading our production TechConnect instance to ServiceNow&#039;s latest release, Aspen.  Details are included below:

Friday, April 20th
11:00 PM - Ability to login to TechConnect disabled, email processing paused
11:30 PM - Individuals still logged in will be disconnected without notice
12:00 AM - Upgrade will begin

Saturday, April 21st
- Upgrade will complete and system testing will occur  
- Email processing will be activated, all emails received during the upgrade will generate incidents at this time
- After successful testing, the ability to log into TechConnect will be restored 
- We intend to be back online by 12 noon on Saturday

This upgrade will not have a major impact on use of the system; important changes are listed on the following wiki page:
